Road Route - NEW FOR 2023
Construction Notice: In June 2019, the current Whitehills Elementary building was demolished, clearing the way for a brand-new building to be constructed in 2019-20. During this transitional year, the Whitehills students and staff will move together to a different building.
The race committee has worked closely with school and public officials to determine the safest course for our race participants; the map below is the final route, approved by City of East Lansing officials. The race DOES NOT begin at the school as in past years. It will begin and end on Woodland Pass. If you are using a GPS to find parking, set it for one of the parking lots: 271 Woodland Pass OR 1650 Kendale Blvd., East Lansing. You'll be able to see the start line and packet-pick-up area from there!

The street 5K takes participants through the beautiful Whitehills neighborhood of East Lansing. This is a fast course with a couple of gentle hills, and is a great course for novice runners, younger participants, or senior racers. Strollers are welcome (will start in back of main group), but no dogs are allowed unless they are service animals.
